Power Amplifier is a high-power, ultra-wideband module with 50W output and spectrum-emitting capabilities, primarily used in electronic communications, interference, and identification fields. Featuring integrated high-speed control circuits, it enables rapid transmit/receive switching (20μs) while delivering high reliability, stability, and long service life. The device maintains stable operation under high standing wave loads without damage, operating within an extensive temperature range of-40°C to +70°C. It includes comprehensive protection functions for standing wave, power, voltage, current, and temperature, along with data sampling and reporting capabilities. Communication options include RS232, RS485, RS422, and RJ45 serial ports.
This series of high-performance RF power amplifier modules are purpose-built for drone countermeasure systems, signal jamming equipment, and industrial RF applications. Covering a wide frequency range of 100MHz to 8100MHz and power outputs from 10W to 1000W, these modules deliver robust, stable RF signal amplification with exceptional linearity and low distortion.
